RCH 356
The vehicles are produced by the company RCH. Explore a company that has for years specialized on full-scale replicas of the legendary 356.
Our cars are distinguished by their traditional craftsmanship and the finest materials used for the construction as opposed to other providers.
We built a replica of the legendary 356.
The qualitative results of our work and the reliability of our products are the building blocks upon which our success is based and we consider these claims as non-negotiable.
You should know that our replica vehicles are manufactured in Greece, without the use of auto-fabricated kits from abroad - from scratch to completion.
The fiberglass used in our REPLICA models has an ISO and TUV certification and is fire resistant.
The base chassis of our Replicas has been shortened to VW specifications so that is the same as the original 356 model.
For our models we only use brand new parts.
Available models are the 356, 356 Special Edition, 356 Special Edition Wide body, 550, and we can deliver worldwide.
Important!
Our bodies have a "new" engineered additional chassis frame! 24 Screws bond the chassis frame with the body as opposed to 6 screw bondage other manufacturers provide thus making our cars more stable with no space limitations in the footwall and no water intrusion into the passenger compartment.
There is also a possible 12cm rearward placement of the gear shifter so can you safely and comfortably change gears without the need to bend forward as it is in other alike vehilcles.
We manufacture the seat positions according to your wishes, in the sizes L - XL and XXL.
Newly designed electrical harness with circuit diagram produced by a German company.
12 position fuse boxes are used instead of 7 as in other productions in order that all individual electrical components of the vehicle are well secured.
No-riveted parts on the car body, no wooden partition to the engine compartment, nothing glued with silicone adhesive.
Front hood and rear deck lid supports are laser cut from aluminum.
Lights package is approved by the EU and the German TUV.
Body
The body is constructed of Laminated Fiberglas which prevents rust to ever appear and is bonded to the inner additional chassis frame for more rigidity.
Engine
All engines are rebuilt with 100% new parts and run on unleaded fuel. Complete new engines available on request.
Gearbox
Rebuilt gearbox. A new one is available on request.
Front suspension
New front axle with gas shock absorbers, steering dumper and disk brakes.
Elegance, Sport and Special Edition models with new height adjustable front axle.

Front and rear lights, brake master cylinder, rear drums, brake shoes, rear brake cables, brake hoses, metallic brake lines, rear wheel brake cylinders, ball joints, steering rack, tie rods, wheel bearings, anti roll bars, electric circuit, exterior mirrors, replica 356 gauges, bumper over riders, hood struts, side moldings etc.
Chassis
Sandblasted, chemically cleaned and prepared, primed and painted, new floor pans fitted with insulation board. All chemicals used are supplied by companies such as Würth, Mike Sanders, Berner, etc.
All parts are new with warranty.
The replica parts are all new with warranty.
The vehicles are built by hand and can not be compared with conventional vehicles thus keeping a greater resale value compared to conventional vehicles.
1300 VW chassis shortened floor assembly that is characterized by the original dimensions of the 356 body.
Steel rims 1 " with tires, chrome horn grills, chrome trim and side skirts, bumpers with impact protection moldings, hood handle with emblem (extra charge), lockable door handles on request, left side mirror, reverse lights, headlights with chrome ring (Hella), taillights oval (no round taillights).
Outside color
Available in ten selectable colors or other colors at surcharge (see color chart).
Interior
Dashboard padding, 3 instruments in vintage look, original interior mirror with connecting rod, Nardi wooden steering wheel, seats-door trim-rear seat lining in artificial leather, real leather or alcantara (according to model).
Black carpet in rear storage room behind rear seat, floor mats, 2-point lap safety belts. In the front trunk (carpet covered in interior color) there is the fuel tank, battery, washer bottle and fuse box as in original legendary 356.
Top Hood
Weatherproof with fabric insert (no vinyl) with polished V2A adjustable stainless steel frame.
